Chimney and gable end works - Junioper Green EH14

The gable end of the building had been severely damage through water ingress.  We had to strip the outer skin of the apex of the gable and and rebuild.  This included the removal and reinstatement of the sandstone chimney and copes, including replacement sand stone copes.  An SBR bonding agent was applied and a scratch coat render mix was applied with new galvanised steel reinforcements to the corners and bell casts.  The gable was finished with a clean granite harling chip to match existing finish.
